The medics were en route to a call in the village of Bezruki. According to the Kharkiv Center for Emergency Medical Assistance and Disaster Medicine, thanks to the work of electronic warfare means, the explosion occurred at a distance from the vehicle, but the windshield was damaged.
The team consisted of paramedic Oleksiy Chernyakov and emergency medical technician Volodymyr Mitzay. The regional center noted that despite the dangerous situation, the medics continued their work, examined the patient, established a diagnosis of a severe stroke, and transported him to the hospital.
