In Zlatopol, in the Kharkiv region, the "Teplomery" heating company is completing preparations for the heating season, which is scheduled to begin on November 1. This was announced by the company's director, Mykhailo Cherniak.

According to him, the company has obtained all the necessary permits and signed a contract with a gas supplier. Currently, "Teplomery" is awaiting a decision from the gas services regarding permission to supply gas to the system. Preparatory measures for the heating season are nearing completion.

However, the company is facing financial difficulties. The heating tariff has not been adjusted in five years and is currently considered economically unjustified. The state has not compensated for the difference in tariffs over this entire period, which amounts to 79 million hryvnias. As a result, the company cannot fully pay its debts to some suppliers of energy resources. "Teplomery" owes gas suppliers for the service of gas distribution and for the supply of electricity.

Today, the city council allocated the company financial assistance in the amount of 1.5 million UAH. The funds will be used to pay off debts, including a portion of the debt for electricity. The company hopes for a quick resolution of the remaining financial issues and the start of the heating season on November 1, as planned.
