In the evening of October 24, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv, targeting the Novobavarsky district. According to the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov, one person died and four others were injured as a result of the attack.

According to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Oblast Administration, a one-story building caught fire as a result of the enemy attack. Details about the circumstances of the fire are currently unknown.
