In Lozova, the children's polyclinic is almost 70% complete, but construction is being delayed due to funding issues.

The facility needs to separate the care of children from adults and create a dedicated rehabilitation space. The completion of the plan was initially scheduled for the end of 2026 year, but payments are delayed.

The readiness of the new children's polyclinic in the Loziv community has reached almost 70%. The head of the community, Serhiy Zelenський, provided information about the project's status.

Currently, the finishing touches are being applied to the 2th and 3th floors. These floors will house specialized rooms for narrow specialists, vaccination and manipulation areas. The next phase will involve the first floor, which will have an accessible entrance, a basement, and a modern rehabilitation space.

The polyclinic is being created as a separate facility for children, so that children do not have to wait in general queues with adults. The community has accepted over 4 thousand children from the Donetsk region and other areas of active fighting. A rehabilitation space is needed for urgent neurological, psychological, and restorative care for children who have experienced combat and stress.

The project was planned to be completed by the end of 2026 year. However, financial constraints and delays in government payments have made funding difficult.

The project is supported by the Kharkiv Oblast Administration, the regional council, the Ministry of Restoration, ПРООН (UNDP), and the European Investment Bank.
