According to the Kharkiv regional prosecutor's office, two men in Kharkiv, in addition to their main business, organized the illegal issuance of driver's licenses. The case has already been transferred to the court.

According to the investigation, in June, one of the individuals involved received a call from a man seeking advice on how to obtain a "C1" category driver's license. The man assured him that he had connections within the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and could "resolve the issue" for 30,000 UAH. A familiar person was involved in the scheme, with roles assigned in advance: one person handled the financial aspects and the paperwork for a fake training course, while the other collected documents, organized a practice test along the route of the upcoming exam, and determined the date for it.

In July, the individuals received the first part of the funds – 10,000 UAH – for organizing training without actually attending the classes. The remaining 20,000 UAH was transferred to the bank account of one of them at the end of August. Subsequently, the "client" successfully passed the exam and obtained a driver's license of category "C1".

The individuals have been exposed. They are accused of receiving an illegal benefit. The maximum penalty for this article is 5 years of imprisonment.
