Power outages have been implemented according to hourly schedules in the Kharkiv region.
In the Kharkiv region, on October 23, hourly power outages have been introduced at the request of the National Energy Company "Ukrenergo" due to a difficult situation in the energy system caused by enemy attacks. The outages do not apply to Kharkiv, which can only be without power according to emergency schedules.
