Due to Russian attacks on the energy system, power outages will be implemented in the Kharkiv region today, November 5. The outages will last throughout the day, and industrial facilities will have schedules for limiting power.
Power outages will be in effect in the Kharkiv region on November 5. This was announced by the "Kharkivoblenergo" company. The outages will last from 00:00 to 24:00.
According to the published schedules, the hours of power outage will be as follows:
