Kharkiv region: October 8 – hourly power outage schedules are in effect – these do not apply to Kharkiv.

On October 8, in the Kharkiv region, under the management of "Ukrenergo," hourly schedules of power outages for households are in effect — from 00 to 00, and from 23 to 59; according to the schedule, most areas will have power cut off for approximately 3,5 hours. These restrictions do not apply to Kharkiv, as the city is located within a 20-kilometer radius of the front line, so only emergency outages are possible there.

In the Kharkiv region, on October 8, the NEK "Ukrenergo" introduced hourly schedules for power outages for households. The restrictions are in effect from 00 to 00, and from 23 to 59, according to "Kharkivoblenergo." The situation in the energy system may change.

According to the published schedule, most substations are expected to experience approximately 3,5 hours of power outages per day, including the time required for switching. However, substations 6.1 and 4.1 will be without power for longer periods. The longest periods without electricity will be for the following addresses: 6.1 (00:00–02:30, 10:00–13:00 та 20:00–22:00) and 4.1 (07:00–09:30 та 16:30–20:00). The list of addresses by outage schedule was published by "Kharkivoblenergo".

Kharkiv is not subject to these schedules, as the city is located within a 20-kilometer radius of the front line, explained the spokesman for "Kharkivoblenergo," Volodymyr Skichko. Power outages in the city can only occur according to emergency schedules; the city council also informed residents about this possibility in the evening on October 7.
