Power outages will continue in Kharkiv on November 8

On Sunday, November 8, power outages will continue in Kharkiv, as reported by Kharkivoblenergo.

The reason for these measures is the difficult situation in the Unified Energy System of Ukraine, which arose as a result of Russian shelling.
